PharmacIST

Patients with chronic illness are frequently facing an issue of polypharmacy where they concurrently use a number of prescribed medications and supplements. This can frequently lead to side-effects that may impede the healing process and further complicate recovery. Dr. Zubcevik's patients will be followed by a pharmacy consultant (Doctor of Pharmacy) who will evaluate and monitor patient's medications to help prevent interactions and assist in recognizing any side-effects for timely triage.
